For the first time, we’ve built a proper, permanent newsletter list—gathering emails from our CRM, which includes past customers, people who have contacted us, or those who have shown interest in what we do. If you’re receiving this, it’s because we’ve interacted at some point.

Outside of our software renewal emails/invoicing, we don’t send frequent emails or newsletters (our average over nearly 30 years has been far less than one per year), and we don’t have multiple lists. This is our one and only newsletter list. If you choose to unsubscribe, you won’t be re-added in the future—this is a once-in-a-lifetime list rebuild. No tricks, no recycled lists, no “new” newsletter popping up in a few years.

We also want to be clear: We host and maintain our newsletter list entirely in-house, and we have never—and will never—sell or share our email list.
