The latest Report Runner updates bring critical fixes, smarter email notifications, and a powerful new tool for Windows Task Scheduler users.
Batch: Stronger Email Alerts & DSN Fixes
- Fixed DSN Lookup Limit: Previously, only the first 100 DSNs were loaded—this has been fixed.
- Critical Email Fix: A corruption issue in the default email ID may have prevented important system alerts from being sent. That’s now resolved.
- New Machine Activation Alert: If a batch job attempts to run on a deactivated machine, a critical/catastrophic email notification will now be sent.
- Smarter Email Subjects: Machine names are now appended to email subject lines, so you immediately know which machine triggered the alert.
- Web Portal Report Naming Tweak: Date-time stamps are now prevented from being appended to file names when running reports via Web Portal.
Viewer: DSN Lookup Fix
- Fixed DSN Limit Issue: Just like in Batch, Viewer now properly loads all DSNs, not just the first 100.
Monitor & Debugger: Mass Credential Updates for Windows Task Scheduler
- New ID & Password Updater: A mass credential update tool for Windows Task Scheduler is now available in Monitor & Debugger. If you’re already on 2030.960 but didn’t receive this feature, reach out for a separate install link.
